This candle is like stepping into your grandfather's old woodworking shed. The fragrance opens with notes of red cedar, evoking the smell of fresh cut wood. As the candle continues to burn, hints of pine resin and sawdust fill the air, creating that nostalgic scent of walking down your favorite hardware aisle.

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
Your candle arrives with the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch. A long wick makes more soot.
Let wax melt to the edge of the glass on the first burn.
A part-melted pool leaves a tunnel in the wax. A tunnel cuts the burn time of your candle. The first burn takes 3 to 4 hours.
Burn the candle for no more than 4 hours at a time.
A longer burn makes the glass too hot to touch. It also reduces the total burn time.
Caution. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and drafts.
