  • What does backorder mean?

    Backordering allows us to accept orders even when we don't currently have the inventory. By placing a backorder for a candle, you are ensuring that you receive a candle from our next production batch. Typically backordered candles will ship within 7-10 days.

  • What ingredients are your candles made from?

    Our candles are made using a natural coconut and soy blend wax. Additionally, our candles are made using ingredients that are free from chemical additives and stabilizers. They do not include paraffin, a derivative of petroleum, and are also free of potentially hazardous materials such as phthalates.

  • How are your candles eco-conscious?

    We use a coconut and soy wax blend, two renewable resources that have been sourced sustainably. Our 9oz vessels are made with 100% recycled glass and are dishwasher-safe and reusable. We also limit the amount of plastic we use for our packaging whenever possible and are committed to reducing our plastic use to as close to zero as possible.

  • Is it true that there's a secret collection of candles you make that aren't even on the website?

  • What does "Pay What You Can" mean?

    Pay What You Can means you can choose the price to pay that best fits your budget. We believe that everyone deserves luxury, and want to do as much as we can to make our candles accessible to as many people as possible. If you are able to pay the full retail price, we encourage you to do so as it helps us to keep making candles for everyone to enjoy!

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    I unfortunately do not offer free shipping, but should you need a reduced shipping fee, please feel free to reach out and we can work something out!

  • How long does each candle burn?

    Our 9oz candles burn approximately 35-40 hours

Shipping & Returns

  • What happens if my candle melts during shipping?

    Ugh, that's no fun! But it happens! Should your candle melt during shipping and arrive unusable, just shoot us an email at and we can make sure you get a new candle if you like the scent, or a full refund. Up to you!

  • What happens if my candle breaks during shipping?

    If your candle has unfortunately broken during shipping you should carefully throw away your candle ensuring the box is closed to prevent any broken glass from spilling. Send us an email at and we can get you a new candle if you like the fragrance, or a full refund.

  • Can I return a candle if I don't like the scent?

    Absolutely! We get it - buying a candle on the internet can be tricky without getting the chance to smell it beforehand. If you aren't happy with your candle you are more than welcome to return it. Any shipping fees paid to return your candle will be credited toward your next purchase.

  • Do you ship Internationally?

    Unfortunately at this time we only ship to the United States, but hope to expand our shipping capabilities soon!

Candle Care

  • How do I get the most out of my candle?

    We recommend burning your candle for at least 1-2 hours at a time, allowing the wax to melt evenly across the surface of the candle. This will help prevent tunneling and extend the life of your candle. Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting to ensure a clean, even burn and be sure to keep the wax pool clear of any debris or wick trimmings. When not in use, it is best to store your candle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. This will help prevent the wax from melting or discoloring.

  • Are your candles pet safe?

    All candles, scented or not, have the potential to be harmful to pets. However, since this is not our field of expertise, we encourage you to consult an animal professional for further guidance.

  • How should I burn my candle safely?

    Always light your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface and keep it away from pets and children. Never leave your candle unattended for any reason and we recommend not burning your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
