Are your candles pet safe?
While I do my best to make sure every candle uses ingredients that are non-toxic to humans, I am neither a veterinarian nor a pet owner.
Therefore, I typically advise people to discuss pet safety with a professional. I am happy to provide a list of materials and ingredients should you need them!
Are your fragrances natural or synthetic?
Each candle fragrance is made using a combination of aroma compounds.
These can be natural ingredients extracted from plants, such as essential oils, terpenes, and absolutes, or created in a lab to reduce the environmental impact of harvesting ingredients at such a large scale (vanilla and jasmine are both good examples of this).
What's stopping me from paying the lowest price on the sliding-scale?
Nothing. This business model is meant to be inclusive and accessible for those who need it. You know yourself and your finances best, and I'm not here to police anyone's conscience.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately I'm unable to offer international shipping through my website or TikTok.
However, if you live outside of the United States and are interested in having a candle shipped abroad, please feel free to reach out and we can find a solution that is most cost-effective!
What is your processing time?
I do my best to fulfill every order as quickly as I can. I often work by myself, so the average processing time for an order may be between 2-5 days.
If you are in a rush, please feel free to reach out prior to purchasing and I can expedite your order.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return or exchange it for free.

What if I don't like a scent?
That's okay! I understand that buying a candle online can be tricky. If you're unhappy with the smell of your candle, you are welcome to return or exchange it at no additional cost to you.
