Petrichor is the smell of rain on dry soil. It is an incredibly unique and nostalgic scent that brings me right back to my childhood, when I would spend hours playing outside in nature.
This smell is unique and might not be to everyone's taste. I encourage you to try a free sample kit to find the scent that's right for you. Additionally, the smell of rain on dry soil is unique in different locations. This particular interpretation of petrichor is based on my upbringing in New England. If you grew up in the deserts of western America, I might instead recommend trying either the Creosote or Sagebrush candles.
