Refund policy

I want you to love your candles, but also understand that scent preferences can be subjective. If a scent isn't what you expected or if your candle arrives damaged, no worries – here are the refund and exchange options available to choose from.

There is no cost to you to initiate or process a return/exchange. I will cover all shipping costs.

You can also initiate a return or exchange at any time. There is no expiration date or time window that you need to adhere to.

Reasons you might return or exchange something:

  1. Damaged or Melted Candles: If your candle arrives damaged or melted, please reach out to me at contact@alatreyu.com . I can ship you a replacement candle or process a refund if you prefer that instead.

  2. Don't like a scent: Didn't fall in love with the fragrance? No problem. Just let me know, and I can exchange it or refund you.

  3. Shipping Issues? If your candle gets lost while en route to you, or you encounter any other kind of issue with the shipment of your candle, let me know, and I can send you a replacement or refund your order.

  4. Something else? Feel free to reach out if your issue is not listed; I'd be happy to find a replacement scent or provide a full refund.
