This page breaks down the cost and materials that go into each candle. The numbers come from my inventory system, and they update as I buy new materials.

Wax and fragrance materials come from natural raw materials grown and gathered all over the world. They are then refined and distributed in the United States.

Additional Information

Labor is my own time at $25 an hour, a fair wage in New York City.

Payment processing is what Shopify charges on each order. It is usually 2.9% of the order plus $0.30.

Shipping is the average label cost per order, divided by two. I use a shared shipping cost method. The carrier prices postage by weight and by distance from New York City, and we each pay half.
